Hello, my name is Gracie De Sensi, welcome to my website.

As a curious young woman, I was always interested in healthy living and how I could find solutions that didn’t involve nasty chemicals and synthetic ingredients. It all began when I became a distributor and ambassador for an Australian skin care company, Grace Cosmetics, all aloe-based skin care.  Their signature product was an aloe botanical gel which penetrated skin faster than water.  People who used the product loved it and continued to buy from me over the past 25 years. 

My 2-year-old toddler at the time (now 27), was burnt in a hot oil accident, I genuinely saw the benefits; soothing, calming, gentle and balancing his precious two year old face.  I used it daily and so thankful for this incredible natural and effective solution. 

Sometime later, my own health deteriorated.  Over the next 15 years I struggled with escalating depleted health. I began seeking and engaging with many practitioners natural, integrated and mainstream, doctors, specialists, spending thousands of dollars on testing, scans and diagnostic procedures.   What was happening to me?  No one could tell me why.  Pharmaceutical medication regimes were recommended but I did not want to go down this path.  Temporary relief was brief…with side effects that were not and I felt worse as time went on.

Deep down I knew there must be a more natural option…and I was determined to find it.

After many years of poor health I finally found the secret of why I struggled and reversed many autoimmune issues.

These included intense stomach, bowels, body aches.  Following a “Good Food, Bad Food list” so I could make better and more informed choices.  

I began to feed my body what it needed to heal itself. My results inspired me to learn and study more. In July 2020 I became a Certified Wholistic Health Coach with science and information that would provide me with the skills and knowledge to not only support you, so you too can achieve optimal health but help you reverse your current nutritional deficiencies that are scientifically linked to the lack of nutrients in our food, our soil and ultimately our bodies.

I’d found my passion.
